4GD are redefining the future of immersive close combat and combined arms training.
At the heart of this is the drive to achieve operational excellence through immersive, realistic and flexible facilities. 4GD’s appreciation stems from experience in the Royal Marines and UK’s Airborne Forces, this experience defined how technology has made the battlefield more complex than ever, increasing the significance of decisions made at the tactical level.
Currently 4GD has facilities in both UK and USA.
4GD breaks facilities down into ‘levels’ to define capabilities and technology.
Level 1 – SimWall: Highly Reconfigurable, non-ballistic partition panels. A normal 4GD facility has up to 4000 different configurations.
Level 2 – 4GAV: Intelligent video monitoring and Interactive Special Effects and Targetry.
Level 3 – SIMSTRIKER – Intelligent, hit recording, non-ballistic targetry that provides data for collection and analysis.
Level 4 – ECFECTUS – Data collection and analysis system
Level 5 – ACIES – Integrated reality and combined arms simulator for smart facility.

4GD can also provide a fully Deployable Simwall System (DSS).
The DSS is a shipping container that holds a easily reconfigurable level 1 4GD system and can be used in a variety of spaces including parking lots, spare hangers, warehouse spare or even a spare room or office building to create highly customisable scenarios and training spaces.
